If your location falls outside our primary service area, we may share your information with an affiliated Vanterra Foundation Solutions company to fulfill your request. This is for operational purposes only, not third-party marketing.

5.5 Marketing Use of Project Media

By scheduling a free inspection, consultation, or service appointment, you grant Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use photos, video, and audio captured in and around your property — including before-and-after comparisons — for marketing, advertising, social media, sales materials, and training, in any medium.

We will not publish your exact address, name, or contact information, and we will not publish recognizable images of you, your family, or other occupants without a separate signed release.
